In order to promote the healthy and orderly development of the Yueqing Lightning Protection Electrical Industry Association, advance democratic elections, democratic management, and democratic supervision, this election method is formulated in accordance with the spirit of relevant documents of the Ministry of Civil Affairs and the provisions of the "Yueqing Lightning Protection Electrical Industry Association Articles of Association".

1、 The Board of Directors of Yueqing Lightning Protection Electrical Industry Association is elected by the General Assembly of Members.

2、 The organization and leadership work for the establishment of the Yueqing Lightning Protection Electrical Industry Association and the election of the first session of the members' meeting is the responsibility of the preparatory group for the meeting.

3、 The list of recommended candidates for the board of directors shall be recommended and self recommended by members, fully deliberated by the preparatory group, solicited opinions from all parties, and submitted to the business supervisory unit for review before being submitted to the general meeting of members for election.

4、 The election of the general meeting shall be conducted by a show of hands, and absent members shall not entrust others to vote. Only when the number of members attending the election reaches or exceeds two-thirds of the total number, can the election be held.

5、 Members have the right to express their agreement, disagreement, or abstention towards candidates for the board of directors. If there are different opinions about the candidate, they can be expressed; If you agree, you can raise your hand to indicate agreement; If you disagree, raise your hand to indicate rejection; Abstention can be indicated by raising a hand. Candidates who agree with more than half of the actual number of members are elected.

6、 The main leaders such as the President of the Board of Directors, Executive Vice President, Vice President, and Secretary General shall be selected from among the elected directors, and the candidates shall be elected through equal voting by all directors by a show of hands. The Deputy Secretary General is nominated by the Secretary General and appointed with the approval of the Council.

7、 Any situation outside the provisions of these Measures that occurs during the election shall be decided by the preparatory group of the conference.

8、 This method shall be implemented after being passed by the first general meeting of the LeLeqing Lightning Protection Electrical Industry Association.
